Union & Confederate Armies, 200 Total Pieces

I'm happy with the print quality of the miniatures. They're incredibly detailed and use good filment.
However I was also incredibly put off by the packing method. Ziploc bags are used and EVERYTHING is stuffed in one bag for each faction. This unsurprisingly resulted in broken miniatures, particularly the artillery and ship pieces. I also did not receive the markers and tokens needed for the game, despite purchasing those with the rulebook.
While I can fix the broken pieces, that should not be something I have to do. Significantly greater care and attention to detail needs to be paid when packing these miniatures, and at least each unit type should have its own bag. The way I received my package flet like I purchased a second-hand game from someone off ebay, rather than a professional third party company.
