An oil refinery or petroleum refinery is an industrial process plant where crude oil is processed and refined into more useful products such as petroleum naphtha, gasoline, diesel fuel, asphalt base, heating oil, kerosene, and liquefied petroleum gas. 

HOUSE RULES FOR G40:

Oil Refineries can be built in any of the below Territories that have been controlled for at least one round.  Only one Refinery per territory.  This unit increases the IPC value of the territory by 1.  The effects would be immediate, as the unit would be placed before the collect IPCs phase of the game.

SLS printing works by printing layer by layer, and while our layers are around 0.12mm thin, there is a "step" between each layer, much like a staircase.
